“Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. ”

“Very beautiful report setting. Pool closing at 10 must be an insurance thing, terrible food, best eat in town before arriving. Room was very clean.”

“The bathroom could use some caulking.and overall facility is not maintained very well. But the room was clean and it was a comfortable stay.”

“Good location. Clean. Spacious Room. Nice firm bed. Not enough bed covers, we wondered what happened to the comforter, the comforter was a white sheet with a thin blanket in between. It was not enough covering so we were cold during the night. Also, in the morning housekeeping started knocking on our door before checkout time and a man actually entered our hotel room after the first housekeeper stopped by thinking we were out before we checked out! It felt very intrusive.”

“This is an old school type lodge. The rooms are nice but a bit dated and not very bright. Really great for mountain bikers. The pool and spa are nice too. They have live music outside on Sundays, but I only found out by accident so they could probably do a better job of telling people about it. It’s a 10 minute drive to get into town, but you’re in good spot to go hiking in the national park or other spots.”

“Staff was fine but make sure you don't get an adjoining room. Guy next door came in after 2am and stayed up talking and watching tv all night. Tried to get staff to intervene but it needed more than a phone call. Wouldn't stay again.”

“This place was a dream. Such gorgeous surroundings and the cabins are private and well maintained. Enjoyed the free bikes for exploring downtown Sisters. Highly recommend!”
